Tricks effectively keep children from Junk Food.Junk food is a type of fast food and generally have low levels of nutrients and contains sugar, salt and high in fat. Junk food in general, children are preferred because it is much more tasty and delicious.

The habit of eating junk food tends to cause a shortage of essential nutrients for the culprit. Therefore, the introduction of a healthy diet for children less than a year is a good time to get used to eating healthy foods like fruits and vegetables.
