Healthy menu while fasting.Fasting is good for health in addition to getting the reward system also improves our metabolism, blood circulation smoothly, peace of mind and time to rest his digestion.  

But it would be better if we eat menu also contains a complete nutritional and healthy, so it is not only the origin of satiety.
 
Fasting also provides a lesson for us to be able to empathize with others, meaning that you feel we are still not able to enjoy the food more viable

We also feel the hunger and thirst of our social life in order to grow and become better able to help them.

Eating foods high in fiber, protein, and vitamins such as meat, brown rice, wheat, fish, vegetables, fruit juice, eggs, tofu, tempeh and milk.

Iftar menu. 
- Eat foods and beverages that taste sweet as opener as
Dates, compote and sweet cakes.
- About an hour later complete with eating and drinking more complete as rice, meat, eggs, fish, milk and so on.


At least that's the guideline menu dawn breaking and eating healthy for us that health is maintained well.
